Our Story
Virtual Marketing Ventures LLC was founded out of a simple observation: churches are being called to minister in an increasingly digital world, but many pastors and leaders feel overwhelmed by the technology required to do it well.
We saw pastors juggling livestream setups, website updates, social media posts, and online giving platforms—often without training or support. We saw churches with powerful missions struggling to communicate clearly online. We saw ministries missing opportunities to connect with their communities simply because they didn't know where to start.
That's why we created VMV. We believe that technology is a tool—a gift that, when used wisely, can amplify the work of the church and extend the reach of the Gospel. But it shouldn't be a burden. It shouldn't pull pastors away from their calling.

Meet Rev. Frank Sarpong
Founder & Lead Consultant
Rev. Frank Sarpong is a Methodist pastor, digital strategist, and ministry coach with a unique combination of pastoral heart and technical expertise. He understands what it's like to lead a congregation, prepare sermons, care for people, and try to keep up with the demands of digital communication—all at the same time.
Frank's journey into digital ministry began out of necessity. As a pastor navigating online worship during unprecedented times, he saw firsthand how technology could connect people, strengthen discipleship, and expand reach. But he also saw how intimidating and overwhelming it could be for church leaders without tech backgrounds.
That experience led him to combine his pastoral calling with skills in digital marketing, web design, social media strategy, and AI tools. Today, Frank helps churches and ministries across Connecticut and around the world use technology confidently and effectively—without losing sight of their mission.
