Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public information shared during our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Marketing Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services and deliverables. However:

• Third-party platforms (social media, website hosting) are beyond our control

Termination
